YCL is a recruitment consultancy, established in 1997 by Julie Relph, following ten years previous experience in the recruitment industry.

We are firmly established as a supplier of staff to UK Ministry of Defence prime engineering contractors. Historically, this has been in the recruitment of technical engineering staff on both a contract and permanent basis, but given our success we are now entrusted with the recruitment and headhunting of Project Managers, Planners, Commercial, Supply Chain staff and Board Level Directors.
