• ISTAR / Command and Battlespace Managers – Those with operational, policy, acquisition and programme management experience of all aspects of homeland security, Intelligence Acquisition and Analysis are always welcome to submit their details to us.

• Supply Chain Managers – Experienced in managing Service Providers and consultants via the establishment of watertight Service Level Agreements. Experience of working with consortium partners, managing them and their sub-contractors. CIPS qualified applicants actively welcomed.

• Commercial Managers – With proven success in negotiating complex transactions with the DE & S (or DPA / DLO). Experience and understanding of Smart Acquisition, ‘Purple Procurement’, DEFCON’s and Bid Management.

• Project Managers – Who can manage the work of engineering, supply chain and commercial teams on a project, whilst achieving project milestones. Those with experience of gate reviews, Earned Value Management and Six-Sigma processes are particularly sought.

• Planners – With experience of planning tools such as Artemis, Primavera 3 or Microsoft Project. Also in the generation of Earned Value Management data. Past responsibility for the application, measurement, collation, analysis and reporting of Programme metrics.

• Quality Assurance Engineers – Generation of qualification / test documentation and test reports, the prevention of test creep and / or experience of the auditing of Integration / Test / Suppliers’ procedures and processes.

• Electrical Engineers – Particularly those with power design and cabling backgrounds and / or with 16th Edition Wiring qualifications.

• CAD Engineers – Particularly those with experience of Pro-E (Wildfire)

• Test Engineers – Systems, software and hardware test engineers and EMC engineers.

• Hardware Engineers – With experience of development of Microwave and RF based systems, and / or Hardware design & development activities on Electronic Warfare equipment.

• Software Engineers – With any programming language but ideally Java, C# and / or C++

• Systems Engineers - Candidates with experience of any (preferably all) of Requirements Capture, System Design / Architecture, Manufacture, Integration, Validation, Factory and Customer Acceptance Testing and all associated documentation.
